Compensation: $195,000 - $240,000 / yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the firm’s attorney recruiting efforts, including lateral hires and summer associate programs.

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to strengthen the firm’s brand and talent pipeline.

  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process to ensure seamless transitions for new attorneys.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruiting goals with the firm’s long-term talent strategy.

  • Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and other key stakeholders.

  • Implement and manage professional development programs to support attorney growth.

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention strategies.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment support staff.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in attorney recruiting or professional development, preferably within a law firm.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in recruitment or professional development are a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and legal recruiting software.

  • Ability to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
