Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the firm’s attorney recruiting efforts, including lateral hires and summer associate programs.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to strengthen the firm’s brand and talent pipeline.
Oversee the onboarding and integration process to ensure seamless transitions for new attorneys.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruiting goals with the firm’s long-term talent strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and other key stakeholders.
Implement and manage professional development programs to support attorney growth.
Track and report on recruiting metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment support staff.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in attorney recruiting or professional development, preferably within a law firm.
Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in recruitment or professional development are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and legal recruiting software.
Ability to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
