What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet design standards, stay within budget, and are completed on time.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to execute seamless builds.

• Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed progress reports.

• Manage contractor pay applications and permit processes.

• Keep everything running smoothly using tools like Asana and Excel.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of construction project management experience (bonus points for franchise or retail experience).

• Expertise in site planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% and thrive in a dynamic environment.
