• Provide direct support and therapeutic interventions to children with behavioral and emotional challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.

• Teach coping strategies and positive behavior techniques.

• Document client progress and provide updates to care teams.

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Previous experience working with children in a behavioral health or related setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
